Akut gastrik ülser

Akut peptik ülserler, genellikle eroziv gastrit alan­larından gelişir ve eroziv gastrie sebep olan benzer durumlar predispozisyon yaratır. Kronik ülserlerden farklı olarak bunlar çok sayıda ve yüzeyseldirler ve etraflarında minimal inflamasyon ve fibrozis bulunur.
